Police should be placed in the classroom as classroom Teachers; and in the office of Child Protection Services as Officers for the Department of Family Services, receiving a medal if children markedly excel; since they are expected to meet quotas in their present positions as law enforcement officers,; whereas, as Teachers and Child Protection personnel, they would not need to score clients to the extent that Police today are accustomed to having to do today and projected to in the future.
